A real pub

The Merton Hotel was taken over at  the end of 2010. The mission has been and continues to be the creation of  A REAL PUB: A hotel which supports live music, offers excellent beer and wine, fabulous pub food, quality accommodation close to the city and an excellent function space.

The beer garden is a great place to relax, sun filled in the afternoon and lit with fairy lights after dark. Bookings are available for functions or events. 

Beers on tap include Carlton Draught, Tooheys New, GUINNESS,  Coopers Pale Ale, Sapporo, Young Henrys, Hahn Superdry, Coopers lager, Stone & Wood and Hahn Superdry 3.5 low carb.

The Wine List is supplied by Hugh Hamilton Wines and Young and Rashleigh.

The Hotel will be closed Wednesday 25 DEC & Thursday 26 DEC - reopen Friday 27 DEC for lunch 12 noon.

The Hotel will be closed Wednesday 1 JAN & Thursday 2 JAN - reopen Friday 3 JAN for lunch 12 noon.

The BAR is open from 3pm Monday - Wednesday and from 12 noon Thursday - Sunday

The Bistro is open 7 days for dinner .

Bistro open for lunch Thursday - Sunday.

Open all day Saturday and Sunday (they break between 3-4pm)
